Can I browse providers before paying?
Yes — you can see provider names, positions, and general location for free. A membership is required to view full profiles, contact information, and background check reports.
What does the background check include?
Our background checks are conducted through Sterling Volunteers, a nationally trusted screening company. They include a criminal history search, sex offender registry check, and identity verification.
How long does the background check take?
Most background checks are completed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready and your profile goes live.
Can I cancel my family membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do providers pay a monthly fee?
No — providers pay a one-time background check fee of $29.99. There are no monthly charges for providers.
